Both plans are priority-service memberships built around scheduled visits — they are not insurance and do not pay for or guarantee repairs. Surveys and jetting visits are arranged with you within each 12-month plan period. Plans renew automatically; we'll always remind you before any annual renewal, and cancelling is as easy as joining.

Clear terms — no surprises

§What you're buying: a priority-service membership with a scheduled annual CCTV survey (the £14 Maintenance Plan adds preventative jetting once a year, in the same visit) — plus faster response, waived callout charges and 20% off our standard prices. It is not insurance and does not pay for repair work.

§Price & renewal: £8/month rolling, collected by Direct Debit. Annual plans renew after 12 months — we'll email a reminder before renewal.

§Cooling-off: you can cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund of anything paid.

§Cancelling later: cancel any time by phone or email; your membership simply ends at the close of the paid period.

§Genuine discounts: the member rate is a real 20% reduction from the same standard price list every non-member pays.

How does the free annual service visit work?

Your annual CCTV survey is arranged with you during each 12-month plan period. Maintenance Plan members receive preventative jetting during the same scheduled visit.

How fast is “priority response”?

Members go to the front of the queue and are booked before non-members are called back, subject to engineer availability and urgency.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Plans are rolling monthly with no tie-in, and you can cancel by phone or email.

I'm a landlord with several properties — does it scale?

Yes. Landlord plans are £10/month per property, with portfolio rates available for five or more properties.
